Withdrawal Charges
- A 10% processing fee will be applicable on every withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests will be processed via IMPS within 24 working hours.
- Bank credits are available between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on working days.

- Withdrawal requests made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Please ensure that your bank account details are accurate to avoid transaction delays.
